fix(IToolGroup): ttoolName typo in addToolInstance parameter #1118

Context

The toolName, a parameter of the addToolInstance function of the IToolGroup interface, is incorrectly written as ttoolName with two t's.

Changes & Results

Change ttoolName to toolName.
