fix: condition default streaming value

Context

For example, if streaming set false/0/null/'', false !== undefined is true.
I think this line of code should be changed to if (retrieveOptions.streaming) whether it is load or prefetch scenario.

Changes & Results

- if (retrieveOptions.streaming !== undefined) 
+ if (retrieveOptions.streaming)
