The CI's test-rosetta job has started to fail quite consistently lately.

FTR I had a discussion with @fdymylja wrt how to fix it. Assiging this accordingly then.

Currently the failing error code suggests a OOM error, which I don't think it's related to rosetta codebase, might be related to rosetta-cli as locally I'm seeing it's locking 1500MB of memory.

I will try to make the test less heavy in the coming days.
