Add "extra data" field to TokenTransfer*Context::escrow_coins_*() methods

In the Sovereign SDK, we need to pass the token address as extra information when escrowing tokens. We can generalize this to allows implementors to pass in arbitrary data to the escrow_coins_*() methods.
