Describe the bug
Nuget explorer is not able to show assemblies metadata for coverlet nuget packages downloaded from nuget.org
image

To Reproduce
Download a coverlet nuget package from nuget.org e.g. coverlet.msbuild and open it with nuget package explorer. Double-click name of an assembly e.g. System.Buffers.dll

Expected behavior
Repeat the To Reproduce steps but download a [coverlet nightly build nuget package] The metadata is available.

The assembly metadata is available within the internet browser using "Open in Nuget Package Explorer" from nuget web page.
