item glitch

in my mod pack items will not show in the chests this occurs at random times and i"m not sure what causes this issue my mod packs name is "guns n' death" on the atlauncher and the twitch launcher, the issue is temporarily fixed by sorting thew items via inventory tweaks. it seems to occur upon first opening the chest and then after sorting its every 15 seconds
