[4.1.0.2]: Toggling "Enabled for Site" to Off for a Category (in the slide out panel sidebar) Doesn't Get Applied to the Selected Site

For a Multi-Site setup....

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Site "A" in the category listing page
2. Double click on the green circle next to a category in the category listing page
3. Click on the "show sidebar" toggle within the slide out panel (to the right)
4. Toggle "Enabled for all Sites" to "Off"
5. Toggle "On" for Site "B"
6. Save
7. Notice the "Off" toggle is applied to Site "A" (the selected site on the category listing page) instead of the category for Site "B"
