[4.x]: "Craft Consolebuild" appearing at bottom of CP Plugin Store

What happened?

Description

Within the context of the control panel Plugin Store, there are a pair of links at the bottom of the side navigation...

Probably safe to say that "Craft Consolebuild" is incorrect, and it should simply say "Craft Console".

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the control panel
2. Go to the Plugin Store
3. Scroll down

Expected behavior

The text should say "Craft Console".

Actual behavior

The text says "Craft Consolebuild".
