Description

Craft is unable to delete a user photo from a user account if the photo file doesn't exist.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a user photo to your user account
  2. Delete the file from the file system (not within the CP)
  3. Edit your user account and click Delete Photo

Instead of deleting gracefully, you will get "An unknown error occurred"

Additional info

  • Craft version: 3.0.1
