Variants order is not persisted. #337

Description

When you change the order of a product variant, it doesn't get stored.

Steps to reproduce

Go to a product's variants
Drag one of them to change the order and save.
Go back to the same product variants view. The order is not saved.

Craft version: 3.0.3.1
PHP version: 7.0
Database driver & version: mysql
Plugins & versions: Commerce 2
