How can I run this on Windows 10, and connect via the Network?

I want to be able to run docker-compose up, and see that the smb server is running. Then I want to be able to mount the server as a Z network drive.

Here's my current docker-compose.yml:

It's definitely running:

But I cannot find it via the Network explorer in Windows 10

What exactly am I doing wrong, or not understanding?
