Example:

• Project with no LOADMETERs.
• Somewhere, access @LOADMETER[ 1].H.whatever.

No error message because @LOADMETER[ 1] is "Sum-of-Loadmeter"

Could change so "sum-of" is created iff other records have been created. Risk is breaking some reporting code, probably minimal.

Could be argued that this behavior is useful since this makes "Sum-of" results of 0 available when nothing is defined.
