This PR adds an option to plot all sources in the
SourceConfiguration. Noise sources are shown in black, but all colors can be customized. Closes #45.The picture also highlights the current problem with
random_state(#51): subsequent calls ofselect_randomlead to the same result, so the centers of patches coincide with previously defined point sources. Needs to be fixed soon.
