"Date range" events should display start-date to end-date

Example - 24 APR 2025 to 26 APR 2025
Issue is in the Event details:
Right now, the event popup only displays the start date (or the next upcoming date in the date range).
Reminder: this type of event is not an event series - it is an event that starts on one day and ends on another and the time is not set. For example, an art exhibition can be a date range event that lasts for a month in an art gallery (which has opening hours).

Expected behaviour:

• show start date to end date (no time)
• Only upcoming dates should be in included in date range (if past start date)
• If only one date is left in date range (the end date), show that date as if it were a single date event without a time).
• check List view to verify it is the same.
