cljs-out directory should be excluded

When using the new figwheel-main, it will default the CLJS output directory to target/public/cljs-out (see here). This directory should be excluded by default to prevent confusion if a directory above this one is marked as a source root, since this will cause duplicate navigation targets and the like.
