Deps support cannot be configured to use tools.deps directly from the project import wizard

It does work from the settings page at Settings->Build, Execution, Deployment->Build Tools->Clojure Deps, and once configured there the import will work.

The validation makes an incorrect assumption about the form validation flow based on what the settings panel does - the import wizard works differently.
