Steps to Reproduce:

  1. lein new test-change-lein-version
  2. Import project in IntelliJ 2019.3.2, Cursive 1.9
  3. Go to Preferences, Build, Execution, Deployment > Build Tools > Leiningen
  4. Change from default (2.9.1) to something else. The Apply button does not become highlighted, and is still greyed out, as if there was no change. Clicking OK will not persist the change.

also tried with 2019.3.3, still not working
