Hello,
Currently it appears the sensor state updates only every minute. Is it possible to increase the frequency and if so how please?

I don't know but it looks like it is 30 seconds:

sensor.unifigateway/custom_components/unifigateway/sensor.py

Line 36 in b6bb00c

MIN_TIME_BETWEEN_UPDATES = timedelta(seconds=30)
