What happened to 71b? We have test files 71a and 71c to 71g, but there seems to be a gap. It this on purpose?

After some digging I found out that it has been removed by Reinhold Kainhofer after restructuring 15 years ago in this commit.

We could bring it back or put another file there. Any preferences?
