Custom keyboard shortcuts for profiles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are default shortcuts for Scan Profiles. But the ShortCuts depends on the ScanProfile order.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow to change the Shortcut per Profile, but it should be independent of the order. It should be placed in the edit profile dialog and/or in the General Settings Dialog (see #207 )

Describe alternatives you've considered

Reorder the profiles to fit the F2-F9 order. but sometimes user in the family do interesting things and then complain that the scan output is not the right one ;)

Implementation details

Each profile should get an UUID in the profiles.xml and in the config.xml:
