Wrong error on rotate api key for non existent host

##Bug description
I tried to rotate api key for not exitant host, and got the error : Failed to log in to Conjur. Unable to authenticate with Conjur. Reason: 401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https://alon.integration-cyberark.cloud/api/secretsmgr/authn/conjur/api_key?role=host%3Adata%2Fmy_apps%2Fmy_VM. Check your credentials and try again.

The error is relevant to the problem.

Steps to reproduce:
run conjur rotate-api-key -i

Current Results:
Got an error :
Failed to log in to Conjur. Unable to authenticate with Conjur. Reason: 401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https://alon.integration-cyberark.cloud/api/secretsmgr/authn/conjur/api_key?role=host%3Adata%2Fmy_apps%2Fmy_VM. Check your credentials and try again.

Error that will indicate that the host doesn't exist or at-lest not show not relevant error
