fix: terminal error message for non migrated config

• Closes UNIFY-1503

User facing changelog

Updates terminal error for non migrated projects to have the correct value of possible config files and includes a link to the migration guide.

Also, updated all cypress.config.{ts|js} for cypress.config.{js,ts,mjs,cjs}
