Possible regression for localhost origins #167

Recently updated rack-cors from 0.4.0 to 1.0.2 and previously this configuration worked:

        origins 'localhost'

Now a port must be defined:

        origins 'localhost:8080'

I've searched around including the CHANGELOG.md but I can't find anywhere this change in the configuration was mentioned. Is this intentional?
