Change working directory toggles text selection mode. #2

After opening a terminal (F10) and changing to the current directory (Ctrl + F10) the cursors gets " stuck" on text selection mode --as if the Ctrl key was pressed--.

This does not happen in OSX. Is it a problem with the keybinding or with the calls to xdotool?

I think is a key-modifier that get's stuck. It can even be just for my keyboard/configuration.

I'll try to check if is something like this:

Then we have to check the calls to xdotool, because at the moment we are using the switch --clearmodifiers; perhaps this breaks something in Atom..
