Quality Skip broken

The "Quality Skip" option is broken with the new patch, I get tbhis error in chat:
[SND] Failure while running /ac Innovation (step 8): Could not parse percent hq number in the Synthesis addon

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I was crafting the new loporrits quest item when I got this error, and the macro is the following:
