Both the CLI and generated project have dependencies that require Node 8.9 or higher, together with NPM 5.5.1 or higher.

Implement search that narrows the list as you type.
Your search should check for a partial match on the "title", "url", and "user" fields
Write a unit test to verify that the search works correctly
Run npm start for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically
reload if you change any of the source files.
Run npm run build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/
directory.
Run npm test to execute the unit tests via Karma.
