I see there's diffview.nvim support on this plugin so i was wondering if its possible to use the diffview to add pr comments? or is it only available trough GHLitePRDiff?

Hey, it is not possible at the moment, but IMHO that is possible theoretically. PRs are welcome if you can't wait. Otherwise please wait until I will have time for that.
