File and Folder locks

This is a feature request for a File and Folder lock option, allowing users to lock specific items behind a passcode. Ideally, being able to set a unique passcode for each, however entering the device passcode would be sufficient.

This may be a larger task than it appears given the lack of RM2 development support materials at this time, but having just got mine and installed hacks, I'm loving the subtle improvements.
