Error building Prism.Forms.Extended - Android #31

Description

Due to some unknown change in the tooling the Android target of Prism.Forms.Extended now fails to build as it cannot find the Resource.Designer.cs file.

Blocked by novotnyllc/MSBuildSdkExtras#174
