obs_colonies_bleached: added benthic_category and life_histories
bleaching SU: added percent_cover_life_histories
bleaching SE: added percent_cover_life_histories_avg and percent_cover_life_histories_sd
SSEs: added LH fields for all benthic protocols
The csv views split out the individual LHs into separate columns, as with the other benthic protocols. I also added biomass_kgha_fish_family_avg and biomass_kgha_fish_family_sd to SSEs.

Currently blocked:

• For obs colonies bleached CSV endpoint, benthic_category is not present (https://dev-api.datamermaid.org/v1/projects/d065cba4-ed09-47fd-89fb-2293fbbf617f/bleachingqcs/obscoloniesbleacheds/csv) — it is present in the non-csv endpoint
• There is a difference in how “no life history” is displayed across methods - e.g. for benthic lit, it is a full list with proportion = 0 -> https://dev-api.datamermaid.org/v1/projects/2c0c9857-b11c-4b82-b7ef-e9b383d1233c/benthiclits/obstransectbenthiclits/
• For bleaching, it is just “null” (https://dev-api.datamermaid.org/v1/projects/d065cba4-ed09-47fd-89fb-2293fbbf617f/bleachingqcs/obscoloniesbleacheds)
