bin utilities

• buildfigs -- builds all .svg figures in the /fig folder using inkscape.
• getrefs -- extracts all references from a .md file for standalone bibliographies
• gobble -- pipe .md files through this before pandoc to gobble page numbers on-the-fly
• mergepdf -- merges given PDFs using ghostscript (first arg is output name)
• nobib -- pipe .md files through this before pandoc to suppress bibliographies
• ver -- grabs the latest version of a source document matching the given glob
