Unable to Refresh Object Details

Using Realfire Essentials 5.2.3
I cannot get new deployed (change set) fields from 3 particular custom objects in Production Org.
I can see them in Salesforce/Set up/Object Maager/Custom Object/Fields, but Realfire cannot seem to fetch them. It is not throwing an error. It feels like it's working but the members of the fields 'folder' under the Custom Object do not change.
I have tried deleting the connection and recreating it but Realfire seems to be using some persistent cache because when creating a connection with a different name to same org, Realfire just shows the previous connects data.

What can I do to clear the deleted Connection's data? (I am thinking this should salve my issues)
