Document Luna Streaming Cli

The OSS pulsar shell has the ability to load extensions. It is proposed/accepted in this PIP but I don't think is documented anywhere. Given that luna streaming is a fork of Pulsar, it has the upstream pulsar shell src. When a new release of Luna is created, a version of Pulsar shell is also created. This "luna version" of the shell includes bug fixes, additions, and extensions that we find to enhance the tool but may not be a part of the upstream pulsar shell. We call this "Luna Streaming Cli".

The Luna Streaming Cli is distributed as a homebrew package here. Which points back to the latest Luna release artifacts.

We need to include documentation in Luna about what additions are made to the upstream pulsar shell, along with tables of parameters and functions.
