is there a way to do verbose logging of all files scanned, that lists all scanned files, not just the infected ones, maybe an option for the user to enable it, even if it is a config file one?

is there a way to do verbose logging of all files scanned, that lists all scanned files, not just the infected ones in the post scan log, maybe an option for the user to enable it, even if it is a config file one?
If there is not, please could this be added as an option, in the GUI or in the files somewhere, with clear labelling so the user can see what to change?
