Kali 6.1.0-kali5-amd sudo make not working

Hello everyone
Im aware that this issue has been around for a while and im pretty sure it has to do with my Kali kernel not being 5.14
but when i try the command 'sudo make' i get the following error:

From what i've read I understand that this error is not present in the kali kernel 5.14 but since i'm in a dual boot i can't downgrade my kernel.

Let me know if anyone finds a fix for this!

Okay so 1 hour after searching on reddit I found the solution :) :
try sudo apt install realtek-rtl8188eus*
and don′t forget the *
If you try sudo airmon-ng start wlan0 it will go into monitor mode

note:
When I run the airmon-ng command from above I noticed that my tp-link isn't even showing up anymore just my default network interface card that's apparently in monitor mode. idk if this is good or not but it works. let me know if anyone else is experiencing this
