On Totara's Element library a function name is duplicated:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_source_output() (previously declared in /www/moodle_28/admin/tool/elementlibrary/lib.php:9) in /www/moodle_28/admin/tool/themetester/lib.php on line 18
