Unable to understand the changes to be made.

So I started with downloading all zips from Kaggle use case and cloned the repository.
Now I am unable to understand readme "change the data dir in run.py" and "change the xgboost wrapper path in ./src/xgb_classifier.py".

1. Can you please elaborate?
2. So where are we using Kaggle dataset given for the use case? If not, how can I use it to train the model?
3. I am trying to run it on 8GB RAM. My laptop stops working after sometime. May I please know the configuration required to run the code.
