Issue Description

On a dbt run-operation command in Cloud:

2019-04-12 16:40:04,489 (MainThread): Got an error when attempting to open a snowflake connection: '250001 (08001): None: Failed to connect to DB: XXX.snowflakecomputing.com:443. Incorrect username or password was specified.'

Despite the error, the exit status of the command was 0 and the run step was marked as successful.

System information

Executed in Cloud on dbt 0.13.0
