[ASUS M2N68-AM SE2/nvidianet.device] AROS loses network connection, "no buffer space available" #137
Comments
This has been observed on the ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 motherboard, which has MCP61 Ethernet (10de:03ef). The original M2N68-AM, with MCP67 Ethernet (10de:054c), seems unaffected. The bug can typically be reproduced quickly by a ping flood: e.g. ping -f google.com |
@ncafferkey just checking whether you had any chance to look at this issue on SE2 motherboard? |
I looked into obtaining an affected board for testing, or another board with MCP61, but I didn't find one. |
Please send me your delivery address then I will send you this motherboard. I have 3 such motherboards, so I will be happy to get rid of one :) My email: andrzej(at)subocz.pl |
Thanks a lot :-) Email sent. |
@ncafferkey FYI, ABIv0 is in process of being rebased to latest master (and thus latest kernel). You can find temporary backup branch here: https://github.com/deadwood2/AROS/tree/backup-alt-abiv0-D08 |
