Wanderer: Make it impossible to rename an icon left on the workbench #158

When you rename the icon pulled out on the workbench (Icon/Rename), if you type a new name and press ok the icon on the workbench still has the same name (it does not refresh). But actually the file name is changed if you go into the directory and check.

Now if the user tries to change it again (because the earlier change seemingly had no effect) the system crashes.

Resetting Wanderer or rebooting the system will make the icon disappear from the workbench (because it was pulled under a different name than it is now). But the .backdrop entry will not disappear.

In the 3.1 system, there is no way to rename an icon pulled out to the workbench. This option in the menu is grayed out (disabled).
