Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Now that we have uds-core deploying with upstream images, we need a variant for IronBank only images. The repo needs to have all the packages updated with zarf component flavor functionality to support this

Describe the solution you'd like

i can set UDS_FLAVOR=registry1 before running my package create to get a zarf package variant with only iron bank images
