Xiangu, Would you consider repacking SeqSero as a proper python package? We'd like to publish this version on bioconda. Justin (@crashfrog) and I would be willing to assist. I made a first pass in this branch but setup.py will need some help. - Errol
Errol, we are working on a newer version of SeqSero. Do you think we can package the new one instead of the old one, which is kind messy? - Xiangyu
