Global cluster configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It seems like it's not possible to configure options for all clusters via the config file, each cluster must be configured explicitly, which is not efficient if you have many clusters with similar configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like

  clusters:
    *:
      namespace:
        active: coolio
        favorites:
        - cassandra
        - default
      view:
        active: po

[sprat]

Maybe you can achieve this with a yaml anchor, but you still have to reference it in each cluster, so I like the proposition. But the syntax proposed will not work as is.

this would great to have as well, but with the latest release, cluster contexts are no longer in the config.yaml file.
