Add the include filter/option

When there are multiple k8s applications deployed in the same namespace, there should be the option to include.
When specifying a list of strings, it should exclude everything (in that namespace) but the provided strings.

Currently the exclude allows some flexibility, but it's rather difficult to add multiple expressions and considering the limited support for regular expressions, it is not possible to exclude anything but (so the same effect as include)
