Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
pwquality is installed and configured for pam but the config is not touched. is the default recommended?

Describe the solution you'd like
Add template and default settings if needed.

nevermind, sorry. I see you can use node['os-hardening']['auth']['pam']['pwquality']['options']
