Add Read Scenario in Recommendation Feature File

I need ... a Read Scenario in my recommendation feature file
So that ... I can determine if I have built my Read functionality correctly

Assumptions:
*... behave is installed
*... there already exists a working Read functionality

Acceptance Criteria:

Given ... a working Read scenario in my recommendation feature file
When ... I run behave on the feature file
Then ... I should know the state of the system before the user starts interacting with the system
And ... I should know that the Read action was performed
And... I should understand how the Read action relates to the E-Commerce Site's business value/benefit described in the feature file
