Add mounting holes to carriage mount #3

The carriage mount has space on the top to mount an ADXL345, fan bracket, etc. Mounting holes in a grid pattern should be added.

Note: Due to the extruder PCB board connector offset, the full top surface can't be used.

Proposed new design which decreases the width of the x-axis belt mounts and adds M4-.07 threaded holes on 6mm spacing for mounting on the top and ends of the mount.
