Can't upload big torrent file

I have changed the rutorrent-basic.nginx file to

client_max_body_size 12M;

----------------------------------.
I try to upload 4.8MB torrent file. There's no error message in the .log/nginx/error.log
But the torrent can't be uploaded successfully.
I can't find this torrent file under rtorrent watch/session directory.

Don't know how to fix this issue

I have found that ruTorrent can be weird with large torrent files. It works better to put the .torrent file into the watch directory instead of uploading it through the UI.
