Trying to run Merlin 16+ and get "Write Protected" error #135

I've been trying to run Merlin 16+ and when I start it I get a "write protected" error. The disk image is not read-only, and under ProDOS, none of the files on the disk are locked.

How can I unlock the files on the disk image ( or mount it as read/write allowed )?
