Description

Complete tests for capabilities requires the ability to invite a device to a project and sync data. Once that is done we need tests for:

Assigning a capability that allows role assignment to a device, then that device assigns a role
Assigning a capability that does not allow role assignment to a device, then when that device tries to assign a role it should throw an error.
